If you want to enjoy spectacular countryside while playing golf and improving your swing, Andorra is the perfect place for you!
The country has three completely different courses in three different valleys to show you just how spectacular playing golf at altitude can be.
Golf Soldeu is in Canillo on the ski slopes of Soldeu. The course is the highest above sea level in Europe, a truly outstanding fact! Its position in the high mountain make it perfect to enjoy Andorra’s best panoramas. It has a par-33 nine-hole course. The course is only in operation in the summer months, from July to September.
There is also a Pitch & Putt, at the Vall d’Ordino Golf Club and Pitch&Putt Par 3, which (perhaps unsurprisingly) is in Ordino, in the village of Cortinada. It has nine holes and a floodlit practice area. The Club hosts a number of championships and other events during the year and has been voted one the of the best courses by the Catalan Pitch&Putt Association. This course is open all year round.
And finally, in the little village of Xixerella de la Massana, you can enjoy the golf course and Pitch&Putt El Torrent-Xixerella Park. The course is laid out to make the most of its setting. It follows the river and is surrounded by trees all the way round, making it a truly delightful course. Like the Ordino Pitch&Putt, it hosts competitions and other events.
