DISC GOLF IN THE VALLNORD MOUNTAIN PARK

Also known as « Frisbee golf » or « frolf », this sport was invented in the 70s and involves throwing a disc from hole to hole, with the aim of completing the course in the lowest possible number of throws.

The rules are simple: while golf uses clubs and a ball, here you use your hands and a Frisbee, as well as your skills, to land the disc in the basket.

The game begins when the first « disc-golfer » throws their Frisbee from the tee, aiming to achieve the longest putt, throwing the disc from areas full of obstacles, and ends when the entire course has been completed.

You can play individually or with a group, as the game can accommodate up to 4 players.

This activity takes place in the Pal-Arinsal forest. It’s suitable for all ages and the average game lasts approximately 4 hours.
